Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
